Serviced Office Firm: Marketing Executive
Our client is Nigeria’s leading serviced office provider; they offer a complete solution which eliminates all the constraints involved in operating an office, so clients can focus on their core business as well as their human and capital resources.
They are looking to fill the position of a Marketing Executive. This person will drive the marketing team.The role has a strong marketing focus, with the flexibility to adopt new techniques into the marketing mix, as marketing plays a key role in researching viability, and developing business plans.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers – this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers;Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;Maintaining and updating mailing databases;Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;Monitoring competitor activity;Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies;Use email and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of products and services and generate sales.Create and implement marketing communications.Remuneration: Competitive (plus commission)
